Send us a textOne of the major concerns and emotional difficulties one has to overcome with mental illness is self-doubt.  Measuring one's self-worth in this world can be confusing and frustrating to almost everyone, but to have the added negative pressure of mental illness it can become almost impossible.  While the church provides a somewhat more forgiving social group, ones value still must come from their relationship with deity.  This podcasts discusses both the problem and some helpful insights.
