In this episode Dr. G explains why tissue adhesives like cyanoacrylates (e.g., Dermabond) work well for clean, superficial, low‑tension wounds but are inappropriate for diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetic ulcers involve neuropathy, poor perfusion, infection risk, dead space, undermining and impaired healing biology that glues cannot fix.
