27 Feb 2026
Chapter 1: How does fluoride affect children's IQ?
People with bleeding gums, poor oral hygiene, had higher heart attacks and strokes. So the solution back then, well, let's kill all the bacteria.
Chapter 2: Why is fluoride considered a neurotoxin?
But now fast forward 100 years, we know that there's a microbiome. There's bacteria that live in the mouth, on the skin, in the gut.
Chapter 3: What is the link between fluoride exposure and IQ reduction?
And if we kill these good bacteria, it causes systemic disease. So we know better and we got to do better.
Chapter 4: How does the oral microbiome influence brain health?
But yet two out of three Americans still use mouthwash. Probably 99 out of 100 people are using fluoride in their toothpaste.
Chapter 5: What are the concerns regarding mouthwash use?
And it's causing complete dysbiosis. Fluoride's a neurotoxin, decreases IQ in kids by as much as seven points. There's no benefits.
Chapter 6: How does fluoride in water compare to fluoride in toothpaste?
It's all risk.
Chapter 7: What should parents consider when choosing toothpaste?
So get rid of it.
All right, guys, here at A4M, we got Dr. Nathan Bryan. It's been almost two years since you came on, I think.
Chapter 8: What actions can parents take to protect their children's health?
Is that right?
Crazy, right?
Time flies. Time flies. You got a book now, man. You're an author. Congrats.
Fifth book, I think, but that's the latest.
Wow. What was the inspiration for this one?
You know, really to bring people up to date on the science of nitric oxide. So this book, it tells the story of nitric oxide, what it is, how it's produced, why people should be concerned with it.
But it's not just a scientific book, but it kind of interlays my personal journey, who I am, my personal journey of discovery, and then how we've been able to take the science of nitric oxide and translate that into clinical medicine, product technology that actually restores the body's ability to make it.
Yeah, when I think of nitric oxide, I literally picture your face now. Oh, do you?
That's how like... Well, my PR and media and agents are doing a good job then.
