Specifically, though, I just to me, it really feels like for the first time since 2023 or maybe outside of that run in the bubble run. that the Nuggets truly no qualifiers straight up have two stars on the floor. So right now it's one because Jokic is out. I guess a better way to frame this is as long as one of those guys is out there, you have a legitimate like bona fide go-to guy.
And... Murray checked in in that fourth quarter when the Mavs had cut it to single digits. It just immediately stops the bleeding. Scores, I think, five points in 21 seconds, forces the timeout. Then the Mavs make another push, and Murray just hits these buckets in the clutch. To me, it just feels like, obviously, he's playing really, really well. That's been covered. But to me, it's like, you know, in some of the years past, we've expressed frustration of, well, this star gets a true 1B, and can you imagine what Jokic's life would be like if Murray did it every time? That's what it's like right now. And last night, he hit just all these big shots that... You hear the leadership stuff, the veteran stuff, but it just looks like he's more grown up on the floor.
