Christoph Haffner hat sich am Rande eines Workshops in Hamburg mit seinem Kollegen Lars Satow getroffen. Lars arbeitet am Einsatz von Chatbots und Machine-Learning in verschiedenen Lernszenarien bei SAP Education. Die Chatbots unterstützen vor allem Trainer in sog. "Learning Rooms" im SAP Learning Hub. Sie beantworten hier Fragen der Nutzer und lernen dabei selbst ständig dazu. Lars gibt Einblicke ob die Bots von Nutzern und Trainern akzeptiert werden und wo der wesentliche Nutzen liegt.
