Education Newscast 103 - The SAP Innovator Challenge with Antonia Zorn and Andi Michaels

Antonia Zorn and Andi Michaels give you great insights into a learning initiative at SAP called "Innovator Challenge". Participants work in teams on innovative ideas but the goal is not mainly to create new products or services, the goal ist to learn and to build an innovative and creative mindset in a team. It all started back in 2016 when IoT was a big topic with quite some learning needs. Antonia had the idea to make learning a bit more fun, more teamwork and a bit more of a competitive challenge. It started with 35 participants and today it's a global program focussing on many topics and a large number of participants. The key to success seems to be the great learning experience Antonia, Andi and team create together with the learners. Just listen!
