92 – Victims with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities

GCWJ Director Dr. Sandra Morgan and Board Member Dave Stachowiak discuss an important issue that is often overlooked when working with victims of human trafficking - victims with developmental delays. The Office of Victims of Crime has developed a great resource that examines the issue of working with victims who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and the best practices to implement to best serve this population. How are these victims identified? How can the community support these victims?
