Bruno Satin 0:10
Off to the races, and he stays on his feet. Let's just get it.
Unknown 0:15
Now here's some combination of Adam, Dave, Jamie, and Heath.
Adam Aizer 0:21
Packers and Falcons are gonna kick things off tonight to get week three underway. Welcome to Fantasy Football today. Ooh, a little rhyme for you to start the show. Good morning, Heath. How's fantasy football going for you through two weeks?
Heath Cummings 0:35
I'm thankful for Dalton Schultz. Wasn't a great week one. I've got Dalton Schultz on about half my teams though, so it was a much better week two. And uh, you know, I'm just uh it'd be nice if Zay Flowers had come back.
Adam Aizer 0:47
Yeah, not well for some people. Um, is that why you have Dalton Schultz ranked as your number two tight end? Are you trying to will it into existence?
Heath Cummings 0:56
No, no, it's just uh where he comes out in the projections. And I think, listen, if if you look at the the only one that I would say that based on what's happened this year, you would say is definitely ahead of him is Dalton Kincaid. Isaiah likely is gonna be playing with a backup quarterback that looked completely incompetent. Sam LeFord is not Trey McBride. Trey McBride's number one. Oh, you're still I I said ahead of Schultz who's at two. Oh, who's at okay? And if Brock Bowers gets a full practice in, then I'll put him up to a full but I I just I remember Brock Bowers not at 100%. And so I'm being a little cautious with him.
Adam Aizer 1:32
All right, so today we're gonna talk about players we love, players we're avoiding, and the eight games we're previewing today, Carolina at Cleveland, Chargers at Bills. Can the Chargers get right? Something that's a little encouraging is that each of the two quarterbacks who have faced the Bills have thrown thirty-eight passes. Justin Herbert has twenty-seven pass attempts in both games so far. So hopefully we can get More pass attempts for Herbert. Patriots are at the Jaguars. Drake May and others sit. Cincinnati's at Pittsburgh. I watched all of the routes for DK Metcalf from against Cincinnati last year. And I'll tell you what I found. Uh Houston at Indianapolis, Jets at Lions, Rams at Broncos, Kansas City at Miami.
Adam Aizer 2:12
So it's A C A C Home Games plus Jets at Lions. Good morning, Jamie. Good morning. Alright, let's get into players we love brought to you by Stitchfix. If you're like me and close shopping isn't your thing, well, Stitchfix has you covered. Gets styled today at StitchFix.com slash football. Three players we love. Jamie's got Chuba Hubbard at Cleveland, Rashad Bateman in Brazil against the Cowboys, and Pat Fryermuth against Cincinnati. And I love I love like You know It's it's not like just layups here. Um some bowl calls. All right, let's talk about Chuba Hubbard.
Jamey Eisenberg 2:47
Yeah, Chubers Chuba's probably a layup, you know, with uh with Brooks being out. Although the Browns' run defense has actually been better than I I think people realize. They haven't given up a rushing a touchdown to a running back yet so far in two games. And hopefully Chuba will be the first one to do it. But it's basically, you know, the the job is his. I don't think A. J. Dillon or if they end up signing Austin Eckler or anybody else they have on the roster is gonna take him off the field for significant stretches. He's been playing so much already with Brooks healthy. So You got an eighty eight total yard game from Basil Tootin. You got an eighty nine total yard game um against Cleveland. last week from Bucky Irving.
Jamey Eisenberg 3:20
And so I I think that's kind of the floor for for Chuba Hubbard around nine PPR points if things go bad. But he's just been so good in this offense. This offense is playing so well. Uh for me, Chuba's a a number one running back this week. And I I continue to move him up, you know, closer to the top ten. Right now he's eleven. Uh for Bateman, look, it's gonna depend on, you know, where he slots in on the the Zay Flowers injury for Front. Um, I'm nervous that Flowers isn't gonna play this week. So Bateman, if Flowers is out, is a top 20 receiver for me. If Flowers is in, he's still a number three receiver that I would start with a lot of confidence.
