the ladies listening to this a lot of stay at home moms, maybe working moms. You know, like it's just a different reality. It's a different type of hard. We can't compare our hards. That's another one. Don't compare your hards. Don't do it. It doesn't do anything. It just puts you guys against one another when that's hard for him. This is hard for me. It's both valid, you know?
Bekah Yawn 0:24
Hey sister, welcome to For The Love of Hormones. Have you been trying to get pregnant and you're struggling to trust God with His timing? Has a miscarriage made you question if you'll be able to carry a healthy pregnancy? Or maybe you're just confused about how to track your cycle and know what it means? Hey, I'm Becca. I'm a wife, a stay-at-home mom, and a daughter of God. I have three children here on earth and three babies in heaven. After our third miscarriage, I left the doctor's office wondering What I was doing wrong. I searched Google to learn more about cycle and hormonal health, but I was left feeling so confused. Until God revealed what I was missing, understanding my cycle in his design, and how to support it naturally.
Bekah Yawn 1:02

What I would love to kind of go through is if you guys don't mind, and I know this is kind of like a fun thing, but y'all are cool and flexible, right? So Yeah. So you guys shared at the beginning, three of your favorite ways to support couples and encourage them on in their marriages is going back to through their history and how that's impacting their now, communication, and then also just honoring the differences and seeing those. So if you would if you would do this with me, this would be really interesting. kind of talk through these three things with how it's going in your marriage. Um, because you guys are living as incredible examples, walking through a hard time. And I'm sure you guys are bringing up like what you're practicing what you preach, right?
Bekah Yawn 2:05
Because you're that's the beautiful thing about encouraging others in Christ and the way that God has given you guys these this role and this platform is I know you're living it out. I know you're working it out. Maybe not perfectly, but you're you're doing your best. So maybe let's Let's go through like, has there been anything in either of y'all's past that has been hard in this journey of trying to conceive? How have you guys been working that out?
Haley (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 2:28
Are you talking about specifically through the journey of conception or?
Bekah Yawn 2:32
Yeah, yeah. This journey of trying to conceive. And I talk about this. I know this is a hard thing to talk about, but this is where my people are at. So they're gonna be right with you guys.
Haley (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 2:40
And it's like any um the emotional thing from the past.
Nick (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 2:46
I don't think for me necessarily what w when it comes to the conception conversation, like we haven't had triggers to to at least not for my end.
Haley (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 2:55
Yeah.
Nick (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 2:56
We'd we've we've had lots of triggers around other things, but around this area
Haley (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 3:03
So yeah, no, nothing currently. So for us, like like I mentioned before, our I'd say out of those three areas that Nick mentioned, the first one was the heart healing that the Lord took us through first. And so and at the time, early on in marriage and even when we were engaged, we worked together full time. So we were together a lot. Um, and so I know that's not everyone's experience, but how we describe it for us is like it was almost like compressed time. Like we literally got like a crash course of like that space to kind of go through the triggers and the healing and the very messy days that like the whole schedule gets thrown off because some the conversation goes wrong and now you can't work together.
Haley (Thriving Kingdom Marriage) 3:42
And so it kinda like that whole time, like we got through so much healing in those few years that I feel like in in Which is why we're such big believers in this is because it gives you that foundation of like, now you can actually talk and be a team.
