Chapter 1: Why are FEMA and TSA employees facing unpaid work again?
They might not get paid for a while. Again, I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News. Tens of thousands of employees at FEMA and TSA may need to work without pay for the third time since October. Because funding for much of Homeland Security runs out at midnight. And Fox's Chad Pergram also reports from the Capitol. The fight is over ICE. Congress abandoned town with no deal in place to reform ICE.

Five people who were federally indicted accused of storming this church with anti-ice agitators are going to be arraigned this afternoon. DHS says three of those people were the ringleaders accusing them of planning the riot.
Former CNN anchor Don Lemon was also at that church protest and will also be arraigned today. Lemon insists he was just covering the protest as a journalist. President Trump will travel to Fort Bragg in North Carolina in a few hours. where he'll thank troops involved in the operation in Venezuela last month that captured leader Nicolas Maduro, now jailed on drug and terror charges in the U.S.
And as Fox's Jared Halpern reports from the White House, the president's moving some naval forces that had been targeting drug trafficking boats off the South American coast to increase pressure on Iran.
The USS Gerald Ford is sailing from the Caribbean to the Middle East, increasing the firepower available to President Trump if a deal with Iran is not made. We have to make a deal. Otherwise, it's going to be very traumatic, very traumatic. I don't want that to happen, but we have to make a deal. The president tells me he thinks an agreement can be made in about a month's time.
It should happen quickly. They should agree very quickly.
