During an operation late Friday, two miles from Guthrie's home, agents detained three people at a home and one person during a traffic stop, all have since been released. Another search warrant was executed in Rio Rico last Tuesday near the border.
Agents are looking for a masked suspect seen in doorbell video, a man who is 5'9 to 5'10 inches tall.
The FBI increased the reward to $100,000 for information leading to Guthrie's recovery and or conviction.
