Some changes in Minnesota. I'm Ted Lindner, Fox News. The Trump administration says Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino is expected to leave Minneapolis on Tuesday and Border Czar Tom Holman will be arriving. This is the Trump administration's court of legal victories.
The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling that blocks certain tactics against anti-ice rioters in Minnesota. FBI Director Kash Patel was on Fox's Hannity commenting on the weekend Border Patrol agent-involved shooting of 37-year-old Alex Preddy, who was armed at the time he was shot and killed.
It's not smart to go out there with a fully loaded weapon. We're just saying be careful and be reasonable. Like you've outlined, if you have a right to a permit for a firearm, that's okay. But you cannot incite violence.
The investigation continues into the shooting of Preddy. Fox's Steve Harrigan with more.
Fox News has learned from Homeland Security they've confirmed that the agents involved in that Saturday morning shooting were wearing body cams, so there'll be multiple angles of video footage from that shooting. That video footage now under review by Homeland Security. Also, the Trump administration has won an important legal victory.

And Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy telling Fox, even when these flight disruptions subside, we'll likely see a ripple effect. There's going to be more capacity. As people have had flights canceled, they're going to have to get on another flight if they need to fly. And so you're going to see fuller flights as we come back online.
Airports hit especially hard in places like New York, Boston, D.C., Dallas, Charlotte and Atlanta.
Monday saw about 7,000 delays and over 5,000 cancellations. Activists now say more than 6,000 people have been killed in the crackdowns against protesters in Iran. This is the USS Abraham Lincoln has arrived in the Middle East in order to expand President Trump's options for action against Iran if necessary.
