Their demands? Ending roving ICE patrols, establish a uniform code of conduct consistent with state and local law, including independent investigations into violations, and prohibit federal agents from wearing masks and require them to use body cameras.
President Trump expressing dismay, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry rejected his offer to reduce the federal footprint in exchange for cooperation on criminal illegal aliens, posting that Fry is playing with fire.

The Centre for Strategic and International Studies has published its findings as Russia's full-scale invasion approaches its fourth anniversary. The report warns that the number of soldiers killed, injured or missing on both sides of the conflict could hit two million by the spring. It says Russia has suffered 1.2 million casualties alone, including 325,000 troop deaths.
Moscow is described as paying an extraordinary price for minimal gains. Ukraine, with its smaller army, is said to have had around half as many casualties and 140,000 deaths. Jonathan Savage, Fox News. America's listening to Fox News.
