A lockdown lifted. I'm Dipper Valentine, Fox News. Towson University in Maryland issued a shelter in place order Sunday evening after a nearby shooting injured one man. Baltimore County Police Spokesperson Detective Trey Corbin says the injured person has been taken to a hospital.
