Two iconic statues are about to get new homes at Philadelphia's Art Museum.
The statue of heavyweight champion Smokin' Joe Frazier, currently outside the South Philly Sports Complex, will move this spring to the base of the Philadelphia Museum of Art steps, taking the spot now held by the original Rocky statue.
