House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says he needs clarity. But the House could suspend contempt proceedings if the Clintons agree to testify.

She says the plan is eventually for ICE officers nationwide to have body cameras when they get enough funding. Now, all of this comes after yet another weekend of protests.
