Guthrie Developments. I'm Deborah Valentine, Fox News. Investigators Friday continued their search for clues at the home of the missing mother of today's show, co-host Savannah Guthrie. Fox's Jonathan Haught reports from Tucson, Arizona.
The FBI have towed away a vehicle from that property. We believe that it's the same vehicle that we have seen before parked in Nancy Guthrie's garage. It has been taken away, presumably for further examination.
Chapter 2: What updates are there on the search for the missing mother, Nancy Guthrie?
Now, Earlier, we saw FBI agents also up on the roof of Nancy Guthrie's house. They were approaching a ladder on the corner near a floodlight there. And then also, we saw them on the roof of another building of this property, taking something that looked as though it might be another camera.
Authorities also said they were unable to get any video from the doorbell camera, but that they are investigating a new message sent to a local TV station that could be from the kidnapper or kidnappers. Nancy Guthrie has been missing since early Sunday. The Justice Department announced Friday one of the militants accused of taking part in the 2012 Benghazi attack is in U.S. custody.
Fox's Mike Emanuel has more from Washington.
Fox was there as Zubair al-Bakoush arrived on U.S. soil. U.S. officials promising to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Al-Bakoush is charged with murder, terror, and arson in connection with the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. If convicted, he could face the death penalty or life in prison and a hefty fine.
That 13-hour attack killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens. Kash Patel says Albuquerque was arrested overseas but did not reveal the precise location.
The suspect didn't enter a plain court Friday and was ordered held until another hearing next week. America's listening to Fox News.
