The judge rejecting a defense motion to toss out the charges in a fight over legal fees.
The immediate discussion in the courtroom surrounded whether or not the U.S. government is violating Nicolas Maduro's Sixth Amendment right because the U.S. is attempting to block the Venezuelan government from paying for Maduro's legal fees. Now, Maduro's team wants the case thrown out for that reason.
The judge said that he's not going to dismiss the case over this, but he is going to consider the arguments from both sides.

The president says any agreement would begin with Iran abandoning its nuclear ambitions. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff confirms the U.S. has presented a 15-point action plan to Iran.
We will see where things lead and if we can convince Iran that this is the inflection point with no good alternatives for them. other than more death and destruction.
President Trump has threatened strikes on Iran's power plants if talks fail, and the critical Strait of Hormuz is not reopened by the weekend.
