Iran stepping up attacks. I'm Chris DiMeo, Fox News.
Iran is continuing to launch strikes against Israeli and U.S. bases. Iran proving they can still fire missiles with range. Two intermediate-range ballistic missiles were fired at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. Both the United States and the United Kingdom maintain a base there. Neither of the missiles found a mark. One was intercepted.
With all the missile fire coming into Israel, what looks like a bomblet from a cluster bomb struck the old city in Jerusalem. That explosion very close to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where the cross was anchored. Very close to the Western Wall, the most holy site in Judaism. And close to the Dome of the Rock in Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, one of the most holy sites in Islam. war.

The Justice Department has subpoenaed former FBI Director James Comey over his role in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian election interference. Fox's Alexandria Hoff has the latest.
Fox reported last year that Comey, along with former CIA Director John Brennan, had been included in a criminal investigation into potential wrongdoing tied to ICA's creation. Remember, the ICA determined in 2017 that Russia did seek to influence the election the year prior. But a later review found that this conclusion was flawed and featured procedural anomalies, as it was put.
So Comey's actions related to that and testimony provided is why sources now say that Comey was subpoenaed last week by the Southern District of Florida.
Officials say the intelligence was politicized and then was used as the basis for countless smears seeking to delegitimize President Trump's victory. Comey has denied any wrongdoing. Cuba is turning down a U.S. embassy request to allow the facility to get some diesel fuel. Fox's Jill Nadeau reports.
Whitespread power outages haunt much of Cuba, and that includes the U.S. embassy in Havana. Fuel is rare there because of the Trump administration's blockade of the island. U.S. embassy officials have been asking the Cuban government to allow them to bring in diesel to keep their generators going, but Havana said no.
