Oil prices fell below $95 a barrel as global markets surged on the ceasefire announcement. Taking a look at stock futures at this hour right now. The Dow futures are down about 80 points. S&P 500 futures down 13. NASDAQ down 43. America's listening. Emergency crews are conducting search and rescue operations following a partial collapse of a parking garage in Philly.
