You know, the the NATO five percent commitment is another part of it. Our trade relations are part of it. We're in the middle of making sure uh that our trade relations, our security relations, are in the interest of the United States of America.
Denmark has said that Greenland is not for sale, and some European countries had threatened retaliation over a Trump tariff threat. The president also announced those tariffs are now canceled, and that sent stocks soaring. The Dow up five hundred and ninety-five points at the bell had been even higher. A House committee just taking the first step toward holding a former president in contempt for the first time, advancing resolutions against Former President Clinton and Hillary Clinton for failing to appear under subpoena in a Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Attorneys for the Clintons have called the subpoenas invalid. Some Democrats have argued the panel is focusing on the wrong witnesses, but nine Democrats were among those who voted in favor of the resolutions, which are a step toward a possible criminal prosecution by the Justice Department.
