Just getting word of a deadly rescue attempt in Ohio. The Delaware County Sheriff confirming five people died on a river after several went into the water trying to help another person who was struggling to swim yesterday. Two young children, including one who went running for help, are now in the care of family services as that investigation continues. Members of a notorious prison and street gang are now indicted, charged with multiple crimes in New York and New Jersey.
The 11 charged are with the Bad Boys 7, connected to the transnational Trinitario street gang. Their alleged crimes include federal counts of murder, armed robbery, racketeering, and stalking. In all, the indictment contains 15 counts. Jay Clayton, the U.S. Attorney for New York's Southern District, said the accused were not afraid to publicize their alleged crimes.
