In a phone interview with the Wall Street Journal, the president would not say if the officer who shot Alex Priddy was doing the right thing.

The storms also closed New York's LaGuardia Airport until further notice as airlines across the U.S. canceled more than 1,000 flights yesterday. President Trump has threatened to impose a 100% tariff on Canada if it goes through with a trade deal with China. Treasury Secretary Scott Besson says it's a no-brainer.
We can't let Canada become an opening that the Chinese pour their cheap goods into the U.S.

A private jet crashed just after takeoff Sunday night from Bangor International Airport in Maine. There were eight people on board at this point. There's no word on injuries or fatalities. The plane went down in severe winter weather. Low visibility. The airport is closed. The public is being asked to avoid the area. Well, the latest ICE-involved shooting in Minneapolis could lead to a government shutdown. Some Democratic senators are now saying they won't vote in favor of a spending bill to avert one because it funds ICE.
This bill funds 78% of the government.
How is the winter storm impacting New England?
It includes money for DHS and the Pentagon. Independent Senator Angus King of Maine helped end the fall shutdown, but he will not vote yes this time because of ICE. New Hampshire Democrat Jeanne Shaheen did not respond directly when asked how she would vote.
