Officials in Pima County have asked neighbors within a two-mile radius to share any surveillance footage. Also on Thursday, it emerged the Pima County, Arizona sheriff is accused of blocking the FBI from key evidence in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance case. South Carolina State University on lockdown early this morning after a shooting on Thursday night. Two people are dead, another injured.
The university confirming the shooting in a statement saying the state's University of Public Safety and officers with the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety and Sheriff's Office were assisting in the investigation. The victim's identities not yet released. No immediate word of a motive, but classes have been canceled at the school for later today, Friday.
And NASA's Crew-12, the next mission of the International Space Station, set to launch within the hour from Cape Canaveral, Florida. Originally scheduled to launch Wednesday, the launch was delayed due to elevated winds. A four-person crew will fly aboard a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 rocket. The mission is set to launch at 5.15 Eastern time this morning.
