But Senate Democrats and Republicans are debating whether that can be achieved without drawing the US into a deeper conflict with ground troops.

More than 1,800 flights to airports in the Middle East were canceled Sunday as thousands of air passengers had to change flights. Airports in Israel, Qatar, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates were closed. Many fly cancellations were extended beyond Sunday, with Emirates suspending all flights to and from Dubai until at least Monday afternoon.
Air India suspended all flights to and from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Qatar until Tuesday. Israeli airline El Al closed the ticket sales for flights through March 21st to ensure customers whose flights were canceled get priority. Paul Stevens, Fox News.

The gunman then got out of the car with a Nine people were injured in a mass shooting early Sunday at the Riverfront live music venue in Cincinnati's East End. Police say the gunfire erupted during a birthday celebration. All nine victims were taken to local hospitals. Most suffered non-life-threatening injuries. One person remains in critical condition.
