Chapter 1: What incident occurred off the coast of Cuba involving a speedboat?

Cuba is calling them terrorists who came from the U.S. I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News. The four people shot dead and six wounded right off the coast in a speedboat registered in Florida. It is highly unusual to see shootouts. an open sea like that. And Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the U.S. will do its own investigation.

The Cuba government says that when this boat entered their waters, a border guard approached them wanting to get more information, and that's when the shots were fired. It happened about a mile off of Cuba's north coast.
