Chapter 2: How is the U.S. responding to Iranian aggression?
Meanwhile, oil prices are rising again this morning, up almost 4%. WTI, 91 bucks a barrel. Brent's 96 after briefly hitting 100 again. As Iran keeps targeting oil shipping, bombing two tankers off the Iraq coast, setting them on fire.
