And the Pentagon announcing it's deployed A-10s and A-64 Apache helicopter gunships to destroy those small boats associated with Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Those missions being flown on Iran's southern coast off the Persian Gulf.
As the U.S. tries to secure oil shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and Fox's Lucas Tomlinson also reports from Dubai, Iran keeps up the counterattacks.
Early this morning, multiple Iranian drones hitting a Kuwaiti oil refinery causing a partial shutdown. And drone attacks on Saudi Arabia continue as well as here in the Emirates.
Oil prices rising modestly this morning at the gas pump, another three cent rise today. There could be a fight over the funding Iran, the conflict. The War Department wants Congress to provide $200 billion. Fox's Jessica Rosenthal.
Tennessee Republican Congressman Tim Burchett told Fox's chat program the Pentagon request for more money should pass. He called Iran an enemy.

But there's a ruling against the Trump administration. A federal judge in Oregon rules Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. overstepped his legal authority by declaring that the treatments are neither safe nor effective. The December declaration threatened to exclude doctors and facilities from Medicare and Medicaid programs if they provide gender-affirming care for minors.
And some hospitals have stopped because of that. 21 states and Washington, D.C. sued, and Judge Mustafa Kasubi agrees. Kennedy's trying to illegally overrule state medical regulations.
