That's what Republican Congresswoman Kat Kamik tells Fox. A final House vote today would provide funding through September, but not for Homeland Security. It only gets two weeks worth as Democrats demand immigration enforcement reform. Taxpayer dollars should not be spent to brutalize and kill American citizens.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries referencing the deadly shootings during the much-protested ICE raids in Minneapolis. The Homeland Security Secretary says all agents there will now wear body cameras. A month after the U.S.
raid in Venezuela landed leader Nicolas Maduro in jail in New York on terror and drug charges, Colombia's President Gustavo Petro, who's been critical of the U.S., goes to the White House this morning, stopping drug trafficking there a big topic.
Somehow after the Venezuelan raid, he became very nice.
After President Trump threatened Iran, sending U.S. forces to the region over nuclear concerns and the deadly crackdown on protesters there.

While the Trump administration continues its controversial deportation agenda, a federal judge is blocking an attempt to send a lot of Haitian immigrants back.
U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes denied the Trump administration's request to dismiss a lawsuit that challenges the Homeland Security Department's end of temporary protected status, or TPS, for more than 350,000 Haitians.
The scathing 83-page ruling from Judge Reyes says that DHS Secretary Christine Noem did not have the authority to end TPS and that the protections will stay in place until the case works its way through the legal system. A Homeland Security spokesperson has promised an appeal and that they would take it to the Supreme Court. TPS was created by Congress and is a designation that the U.S.
