President Trump posted that on Truth Social this morning, adding Iran is begging to make a deal to end the conflict now on day 27. But he then wrote, they better get serious soon before it's too late and it won't be pretty.
President Trump wants his advisors, the people in that cabinet room, to try to figure out how to wind the war down in the next couple weeks, according to the Wall Street Journal.

This is going to be the first time that the whole cabinet has gotten together since Epic Theory started, so that they can talk about the military part with the war secretary, the economic part and gas prices with the treasury secretary and the interior secretary and the energy secretary, and also the possible impact on food prices with the agriculture secretary.
Another Iranian military leader has been taken out.
Overnight, a strike targeted and killed Ali Reza Tangsiri, the IRGC Navy commander responsible for closing the Strait of Hormuz, and he was alongside senior operational leadership at the time of the strike.

Chapter 3: What impact has the U.S. military's actions had on Iran's leadership?
The plaintiff had accused Meta and Google of making social media platforms addictive. America's listening to Fox. As U.S. Marines and Army troops head to the Middle East while Operation Epic Fury against Iran continues, the Army is making a move.
In a bid to boost its ranks, the U.S. Army is raising its enlistment age limit from 35 to 42 and doing away with a restriction for a single marijuana conviction. Previously, that conviction would have required a waiver from the Pentagon and the passing of a drug test. The age change aligns the Army with the Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard and Navy, which permit recruits over 40.
The Marine Corps, though, caps enlistment at 28. The minimum age to join any branch remains 18 or 17 with parental consent.

As President Trump continues a crackdown on illegal immigration with a historic drop in border crossings, there is a slowdown in U.S. population growth.
Nine out of 10 counties had lower levels of immigration, legal or not, according to new estimates from the Census Bureau. The average overall population growth rate for all U.S. metro areas fell from 1.1 percent to 0.6 last year, with the steepest drop in communities along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The figures are from June 2024 through last July, so President Trump's first six months back in office and the end of President Biden's term when border enforcement increased. The New York City area had the highest natural increase in population, births outpacing deaths, followed by Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. There was a decrease in Pittsburgh and Sarasota, Daytona Beach and Tampa, Florida.
