The search continues for a gunman in Seattle after Sunday night shooting panicked people at a food festival.
A two-year-old boy shot in the arm is the last of four shooting victims discharged from hospitals the day after being shot at the Bite of Seattle Food Festival. Three people died, including one of the three shooters, Assistant Police Chief Nicole Powell says.
There were two groups firing in the area near the armory during the Bite of Seattle. We believe two of the individuals were associates with each other. This is the 19-year-old who passed away and the 15-year-old who was arrested.
