Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Trying to get to the bottom of it. I'm Lisa Lucera, Fox News. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says an investigation is underway after Cuba says its soldiers shot and killed four people in a boat in Cuban waters after the people on the boat opened fire on them.

Chapter 2: What investigation is underway regarding the shooting incident in Cuban waters?
Cuba says the boat was registered in Florida. Rubio says he would not speculate on what happened, but would not rely on what Cuban authorities told him, adding it's highly unusual to see shootouts in the open sea, and it's something that hasn't happened with Cuba in a very long time. The U.S. and Iran are set to resume talks in Geneva tomorrow as President Trump considers military action. The war in Ukraine has now entered its fifth year. Fox's Greg Palcott in Kiev spoke with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Zelensky says he spoke with President Trump and top administration envoys and says another meeting with Russia and the U.S. set for next month is the only way to resolve all the issues and to finally end the war.
