We could see mudslides, flooding, and waves reaching twenty feet as well. Doors as families stocked up ahead of the possible power outages we could be seeing. Across Honolulu, businesses are putting sandbags in place bracing for flooding.

Forecasters say they still aren't sure though if Lala will make landfall. Days of heavy rain and the flooding that it's caused are blamed for at least five deaths in Indiana. Governor Mike Braun warning people to stay away from floodwaters, allowing first responders to do their jobs. More than ninety people and their pets were rescued today as floodwaters rose. Along the White River in Indianapolis, the city's mayor is urging residents along the river to evacuate. A state senator from Tennessee is pushing for greater control over data center development through what she calls the Power to the People Act. Democrat Heidi Campbell telling Fox News Live the bill would give local governments more authority to decide whether data centers are built in their communities.

A Ranger also saw foam in the fountain area of the pavilion. Investigators say 41-year-old Melissa Ferris ran away after seeing the Ranger.
The court documents say Ferris had also been arrested on August 10th for unlawfully camping on Federal property.
