Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
He was defending himself. I'm Lisa Lucera, Fox News. That's what Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is saying after an ICE agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis whom Noem says was attempting to hit him and other agents with her SUV.
It's clearly established law that a vehicle driven by a person and used to harm someone is a deadly weapon.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz says he warned people could get hurt during the ICE operation in his state and has called for federal agents to leave.
Donald Trump and his administration may not care much about Minnesota.

That's been pretty evident. But we love this state. We won't let them tear us apart. We'll not turn against each other.
And Walls has asked that any protests remain peaceful. Days after the U.S. arrest of the leader of Venezuela and a warning to Colombia's president, President Trump says he spoke with Gustavo Petro by phone and invited him to the White House, writing on Truth Social that it was a great honor to speak with the president of Colombia, saying the two spoke about drugs and other disagreements.
Petro has called the U.S. action against Nicolas Maduro an abhorrent violation of Latin American sovereignty. President Trump is proposing a major increase in U.S. military spending.
President Trump says Congress should approve $1.5 trillion in military spending for the next fiscal year, a more than 50% increase in the current $900 billion defense budget. In a Truth Social post, the president writing that the $1.5 trillion figure allows the U.S. to build the dream military we've long been entitled to, and more importantly, will keep us safe and secure regardless of the foe.
He argues increased tariff revenue could be used as a way to easily hit the proposed dollar figure.

A third person has died following a Pennsylvania nursing home explosion last month. The Bucks County, Pennsylvania, coroner's office says 66-year-old Patricia Merrow died from injuries she sustained in the December 23rd explosion. Two others were also killed and nearly two dozen were hurt in the incident at the Silver Lake Nursing Home in Bristol, a suburb of Philadelphia.
Early reports indicate a natural gas leak may have caused the explosion, but an investigation being led by the National Transportation Safety Board is ongoing. News of the third death comes as a lawsuit has been filed by four survivors who are suing the facility's previous and current owners.
