Fox's Lucas Tomlinson reporting. Activists say the number of people killed in those Iranian crackdowns over the past two weeks of protest has soared to more than 500, with many more feared dead. A U-Haul truck plowed into a group of protesters in Westwood, California today during a demonstration in support for the Iranian people.
Cell phone video shows people punching the driver as they tried to pull him from the truck. Police have not identified that driver. In Minneapolis... People upset over the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent are flooding the streets of many cities across the country.
Activists were handing out flyers encouraging people to sign up and take part in anti-ICE activities, which federal officials say are ramping up across the country and making it more dangerous to enforce the law. Agents had a large crowd gathering around them as they were carrying out an immigration enforcement operation.
And that crowd swarmed the agents' cars after they detained one person and then drove away.
