People upset over the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE agent are flooding the streets of many cities across the country.
Activists were handing out flyers encouraging people to sign up and take part in anti-ICE activities, which federal officials say are ramping up across the country and making it more dangerous to enforce the law. Agents had a large crowd gathering around them as they were carrying out an immigration enforcement operation. And that crowd swarmed the agents' cars after they detained one person and then drove away.

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell says federal prosecutors have opened a criminal investigation against him, but he says he won't be intimidated. He claims the probe is really about the Fed's decision to set interest rates based on his own assessment rather than on what President Trump wants. Powell released a video statement tonight.

A gunman shot and wounded a Greenville, South Carolina police officer today as he sat in his patrol car. Officers later shot and killed the suspect during a chase and gunfight. That officer was treated at a hospital and is home with his family now. The Greenville County Medical Examiner identified the suspect as 42-year-old David William Lane of Greenville. No word on the motive, but the local sheriff calls the attack an ambush. Hollywood's awards season kicked off tonight with this year's Golden Globes.
