But the thousands of crucial non-law enforcement support personnel that these agencies have are not getting paid. Think of the people who work the computers, put gas in the cars, work in the public affairs offices, etc. One CBP civilian employee told me he hasn't been paid since February 13th.

Quote, regarding the firearm evidence, the defense has been provided with an ATF bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives summary report, which indicates that the ATF was unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson. The defense goes on to explain the prosecution hasn't said whether it plans to bring the bullet information up at the prelim, but the defense writes their own team just might. Remember, the FBI still has its analysis. We are very early in the process here.

Brand was supposed to stand trial June 16th in London. which will combine all seven charges brought against him over the past year, will now begin October 12th. It is expected to last up to two months. In April, Brand was charged with rape, indecent assault, and sexual assault related to four separate women in alleged incidents between 1999 and 2005. And this past December, two more charges were filed against the comedian. Brand is pleaded not guilty to all charges and denies any wrongdoing.
