ADP's chief economist, Dr. Neela Richardson, says she's seeing an increase in hiring and pay gains remain solid, especially for people staying in their jobs.

The premium pay for switching jobs hit a record low in February. Construction, education, and health services employers were hiring last month, and small businesses added jobs.
