Will Iran make a deal? I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News. That is a big question as nuclear talks resume today with the U.S. The principle is very simple. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That's Vice President Vance. Iran claims it never wants to build a weapon, but does want to keep making fuel for nuclear power as an American military buildup grows in the Middle East.
After several hours of indirect discussion in Geneva, Switzerland, mediators said creative and positive ideas were exchanged. If President Trump chooses to attack Iran, the Iranians have warned that all U.S. military bases in the Middle East would become legitimate targets. A devastating war involving the whole region, warns Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Arachi.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will answer questions today in a congressional investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking scheme. It'll be former President Bill Clinton's turn tomorrow.
The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed the Clintons last year, and after a back and forth over scheduling, oversight set deposition dates for this past January. the Clintons failed to appear. They sent a letter to the House Oversight Committee chairman saying the demand for their testimony was partisan politics.
But after nine Democrats sided with Republicans to hold the former president in contempt and three Democrats agreed to hold former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in contempt, the couple relented.

It is day 26 in the search for Nancy Guthrie in Tucson, Arizona, where Fox's Chandley Painter reports federal agents and prosecutors were again in the house where the 84-year-old was abducted.
The group walked in and around this home looking for something specific, possibly. We don't know for sure, but this is the prosecutor's office confirming that, quote, they were at the Guthrie home with the FBI. FBI assisting with a routine legal process. What exactly that means and what their presence indicates, they did not specify.
NBC is reporting that yesterday's visit and activity at the home was related to efforts to turn the home back over to the Guthrie family, seeming to indicate authorities have exhausted all potential evidence inside this home.
A third person has died in a shooting at a hockey game in Rhode Island where a man in women's clothing who went by the name Roberta went on the attack targeting family members.
Pawtucket police say 75-year-old Gerald Dorgan died of his injuries after being shot by his former son-in-law at a high school hockey game earlier this month. Dorgan was sitting with his daughter Rhonda and grandson Aiden, celebrating his other grandson's senior night game.
Police say Robert Dorgan opened fire, killing Rhonda and Aiden before turning the gun on himself when others tried to subdue him. Gerald Dorgan's wife Linda and a family friend were also shot and are still in the hospital. Pawtucket police say the guns Robert Dorgan used were purchased legally and that he had a license to carry in Florida.
Officials are trying to determine if he had a license to carry in Rhode Island as well. Tanya J. Powers, Fox News.
