We heard from Joe Shane, obviously the Harbaugh press conference, everything we thought about that.
A big, big day. Hopefully a great day for the Giants. And we get to look back at it certainly seemed like a celebration in the building. We saw John Harbaugh arrive on Monday night.

But it felt like, it felt normal until he kind of stumbled and then it kind of felt like he just got panicky. So I'm not gonna,
I'm not trying to bash him, but it was... I don't want to pile on this too much. That's not the point of the episode today. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter. But that was... I never got so many texts simultaneously in my life where everyone's like, what? I was like, what is going on? What are you panicking about?

All you have to do is say it was a great search and you landed with a great candidate in Joan Harbaugh and you think he's going to turn this franchise around? I now introduce you, the 21st head coach in the New York Giants, Joan Harbaugh. I was shocked. I saw some people say these shoes, like, oh, they had to walk a long way.

But SNY videos... Had a clip of them walking in. They were very laissez-faire walking in. Harbaugh stopped and talked with players. It wasn't like they had to jog over or anything. It was so weird. I was shocked. If that happened on the bi-week press conference or even the end of the season press, it would be understandable. That was very weird.
I don't know what the hell was going on, but it did not distract me from John Harbaugh.
No, I think he just had an idea of what he wanted to say rehearsed in his head and then tripped over some words and then started to panic. I don't think it was anything major. It's funny, though. I'll laugh. But but Harbaugh was very composed. I found him very, very interesting to listen to. He used the word football a million times.
And that sounds like a bad speaker, but he was really driving home a point of emphasis for him. He had several that he went over multiple times. So I actually found it to be a pretty illuminating press conference.
You know what? He treated it just like a normal press conference. We've done these head coaching press conferences a lot over the years, and then you watch them around the league. You see the Jets go through a bunch of them, right? And you see a lot of them They're just trying to sell themselves, right?
Like, this is... I'm going to put together... These are my eight bullet points of what we're trying to build here. I'm going to come across as stern, all that stuff. And that really wasn't what it was with John Harbaugh. It seemed like a very normal press conference. You know, he was 100% himself in it. And he didn't feel like he was selling himself because I think his resume does that.
Like, that's what happens when you get... You know, a head coach who's been a coach for 18 years in the NFL has won a Super Bowl. He doesn't feel the need to go out there and tell you everything that he's going to enact and do. He's more so been like, this is what I do. We're going to come here and do it.
Yeah. And it's very, very interesting, too, because all the things that he talked about, it really sounded like.
to me everything that joe judge was about except that he comes in with the resume and experience and the track record of winning behind everything else everything else sounded like exactly the same kind of vision that joe judge had and i think what the giants organization was looking for perhaps that's why joe judge knocked his interview out of the park and won the job um but i mean i i
