Have you ever accidentally registered for a 350 mile gravel race? Well, Sylvie D’Aoust has. But instead of frantically trying to change her registration, Sylvie saw this as an opportunity to challenge herself in a new way. So, this June she will be heading to Emporia to take on the Unbound XL. Sylvie is no stranger to endurance events, getting her start in multi-day adventure racing in the early 2000s, running a spin studio, and even starting her own cycling club in Wakefield, Quebec.
