What is the episode’s overall focus on dental website best practices in 2026?
Hey everyone, welcome to the Group Dentistry Now show. I'm Bill Newman and as always we appreciate you tuning in. Um always have a lot of fun with these conversations. Yeah, we we've done podcasts on marketing in the past. We're gonna get really specific here and we're gonna talk about the importance of your website. Uh, you know, we're in the middle of 2026. It seems like things are moving. More quickly than ever. It's hard to keep up with changes when it comes to technology and AI and kind of best practices, but we're going to do our best to address the best practices now in the middle of 2026 when it comes to your website. So we have with us Grayson Allen, director of Kernetic Digital. He's the director of sales there.
Grayson was kind enough to speak. sponsor this. Uh, we've been talking for boy, I think we met probably a year ago. So it's good, good to have you on Grayson.
Yeah, it's probably right. Thanks for having me.
Yeah. And uh we actually have uh Kelsey Towner. She is the director of marketing at Premier Dennis Partners. Kelsey, thank you for being here.
Yeah, thank you for having me. Happy to be here.
And Alyssa Kiefer, she's the director of marketing at Archway Dental Partners. Archway was an emerging dental groups to watch award winner probably about four or five years ago. Yep. And uh Alyssa's a a a veteran in the industry. She's uh she's been around for a while. Uh it's good, it's good to have you on, Alyssa. It's the first time on.
Yeah, thanks so much. I know, I can't believe it. Of all the times we've engaged and interacted. This is my first time on the podcast. I'm thrilled to be here. Thanks.
I know. Shame on me. But uh it's good to be able to do that.
Have they moved from be emerged to like now they've emerged, like emerging from emerge? Oh yeah.
I would say Bill, we've definitely emerged for sure. We're like a butterfly now, right? We've could come out of our cocoon. We're a butterfly now, like we're taking over New England.
Well, they were you were dental associates of Connecticut uh when you won. So you've e the had the name change and have Yeah, new branding, a beautiful website. There you go. Perfect lead in. I love it. We are going to focus on websites today and the importance of them. And like I said, there is so much change and we'll talk about it from your roles as directors of marketing. You know, just kind of this, you know. Is AI just a buzzword or you know, are you using it in in any way meaningful? Um, this we'll definitely cover that. But Grayson, why don't we first start off with introductions, a little bit about your backgrounds and Grayson? You get to start off since you're sponsoring this, a little bit about your background and talk talk a little bit about Kernetic and what you do there, Kernetic Digital.
Yeah, so yeah, I run sales for Kubernetes and uh Kernetic started as like a originally an industry agnostic WordPress developer basically for the better part of eighteen years. And then we decided uh we liked the healthcare side and we definitely liked the multi location and we didn't think anyone was solving the problem that well. And so we ended up going all in on that a few years ago and having looked back and and it's been great ever since. So we um I like to say the way to position us is actually what we don't do. We don't touch the ongoing PPC SEO strategy paid, all that stuff. Um we are happy to help those efforts in empowering those those people to do it. But I think um uh being great at websites from build to design to compliance to content is is its own
Hard problem and uh doing that with bunch of different brands and a bunch of different locations is is a is a whole can of worms. So we try to be good at that one thing.
And we're gonna talk about that one thing today. So How Kelsey, over to you. A little bit about your background and tell us a little bit about Premier Dennis partners. Love to learn a little bit more about the model.
Yeah, of course. So um I have been in the DSO space for going on 10 years now. Um, I think this is my fourth DSO that I've been partnered with.
