Hey Punters, in this episode we chat with the gorgeous, Tayla Clement. Tayla’s story is one of extreme pain and trauma, but also one of triumph, learning and growth. She’s been through more than most would in numerous lifetimes, but her openness and vulnerability to share her story in detail is a story she hopes will not only help others, but start much-needed conversations, and create space for people with a disability/difference to show them that they are capable and deserving of living an amazing and meaningful life as much as the next person. Tayla is a speaker, a mental health advocate, a content creator specialising in rugby and a model. She shares her story about how she’s got to where she is now - proof that you can do anything if you believe in yourself!
