It’s Kev’s birfday week and he shares how any “lonely guy birthday” becomes beautiful with an annual “I see you.' and a reminder to be grateful.
He breaks down how saying yes when your body screams no, shrinking to keep the peace, or trading your truth for someone else’s comfort sends one clear signal to the universe: “I don’t matter.” And how the universe can’t support a life you’re not willing to stand in.
