Durante muchos años, los estiramientos estáticos han formado parte del calentamiento y de la vuelta a la calma de muchos corredores. ¿Qué sucede al realizar estiramientos antes de entrenar o competir? ¿Y qué sucede si por el contrario no los hacemos?
