Here's our super quick list of what not to include in your bio. Here's what not to put on your online dating bio. Number one, negativity. Don't list a bunch of don'ts. Don't list what you don't want. Number two, cliches. I want you to avoid cliches like the plague. Get it? Avoid overused phrases like, I'm bad at bios. I hate that. Avoid quoting The Office. Okay, great. You love The Office.
I love The Office. Everybody loves The Office. Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me. We can stop writing that on our profiles. It's not going to help you. And another thing not to include in your bio is nothing. Blank spaces. In other words, make sure you write something in your bio. Don't leave it blank.
