We were watching on ITV, which for some reason ITV just naturally has up in our office. But the other part of the office, they're on RT, which has like a five second.
ahead oh yeah that was gross that brought me back I watched the O2 shootout between Ireland and Spain in a pub and thankfully we were the TV that was ahead of the other but there was a whole cabal in the pub that realised we've got to get over to that TV but there wasn't enough room yeah 2022 World Cup final France-Argentina the greatest World Cup final ever I was in the part of the pub that was like 1.5 seconds behind so a penalty shootout you can imagine the wazoos and ass everywhere you can't have that in a pub that's unacceptable
Someone, one of the floating voters walking by the TV was like, Messi's not great on penalties, is he? Before he took it. I was like, well, you know, I have made the argument previously that he's the worst penalty taker of all time, statistically. And then John Champion right on cue. He's taken seven penalties at the World Cup.
