Liam Ryan has played for the UL Vikings, coached the UL Vikings and the Irish Wolfhounds and been a board member of American Football Ireland. He's also a staff member at the University of Limerick which will host the European flag football championships in August of this year. Suffice to say he has a solid 360 view of American Football in Ireland. He also spent time with the Center Colonels in Kentucky, shadowing and learning from the coaches there. Liam chats with Colum about the origins of his love for the game, the early years with the Vikings, what to expect from the Championships in August, and the growth of the sport here.
