And uh we're gonna make a selection tonight. Uh and it better be an edge rusher, or I swear to God. I swear to God. Uh, who knows where they're going. Um I think it's gonna be uh pretty inter Yeah, I think if Jeremiah Love's on the board, you better freaking take him. Pass. That's all I got to say. They're gonna pass. Telling you my prediction. Um yeah, so this is um you know it's a big draft obviously for Jason Light.
Um, you know, how they come out of this draft, I think is gonna be a huge determining factor as to, you know. I say the direction of the franchise, you know, it's It to me, I'm I'm s I'm still a little as you know, I'm a little vacumped about what they've been doing here. Um, you know, just more of pushing things down the road. Are they really going for it? Are they not? Is this a team that's gonna be Super Bowl contender worthy? You know, I it's just a lot of meh, right? And it just feels like they're waiting for something big to happen. It could happen tonight. Maybe something falls. Maybe, you know, the draft goes their way. Who knows? Um and in the top five, um even I don't think we've had as much uncertainty in the top five.
as as we do this year. I mean, the Cardinals sitting at three could do anything. The Jets, who the hell knows what they're gonna do. Uh they could pick, you know, like they did many years ago, somebody who was like 37th on most of the draft boards uh in the top five and go everybody go, what the F. Uh I don't think it'll be that bad. They get they got you know a pretty easy choice one or the other and they're and they're gonna get a great player. So um but you never know. It's the Jets. Jets. It's the Jets. So I think there's a lot of uncertainty in the top of this draft. And maybe Jason Light can take advantage of that. Maybe he's got something up his sleeve that they're looking to trade future picks. I doubt that very much.
That's not what he does.

But you never know. I just feel like this is one of the most uncertain drafts in a long time. And also Not a great draft. I don't feel like there's a lot of, you know, just absolutely transformative players in this draft. But we'll chat about it as we go through the day. The Lightning, uh, of course, up in Montreal for game three. That will be tomorrow night. So they have a little extra, an extra day in here. So hopefully the Bolts can get healthy. So we'll talk a little bit about the Lightning as well. Uh the Rays had a freaking in uh a wonderful day yesterday from my favorite player, Nick Martinez.
