So you drove, which is crazy. Yes. I have a rule that if it's longer than six hours Meet longer than five hours, just fly.
I have the same rule, but I had to stop in Las Vegas for some work stuff.

So I thought, ooh, let's make a road trip out of it. On my way home, I'm in Riverside on the freeway. And I start seeing this black puffs of smoke, massive black puffs of smoke up ahead, maybe a mile or two.

And everybody's kind of getting over. So I start to get over. And this car, a truck, like a brand new Chevy like Silverado is on fire. Full flames and the guy standing on the side of the road. And it's a new truck. Did you help him? No, so well, so I'm trying to get over and everybody's getting past it. You kind of can't really see because the smoke is covering the freeway. And I'm next to go. And all of a sudden a cop car woo does the thing where they like slow down the freeway back and forth. Uh-huh. Right in front of me. And he slows down the freeway, stops everybody. Pulls up, fire truck comes, they put it out. I'm the last car sitting there for freaking hour. Hour. You gotta send it, man. While they freaking put out the fire and lock in and send it.
So then that happens. So then it's usually like about nine hours or so from San Diego to to my house. Um and I left at eleven o'clock from San Diego, okay? So then sit there forever. Driving it now it's late. Now it's you know eight, nine o'clock at night. I'm in about to get to Beaver, Utah, and I get this alert on my phone that there is a mud slide in Beaver and the freeway is closed. Classic. And they detour us onto this one lane, two lane highway. It's about 30 miles an hour because there's 55 semi trucks on it. And it's 45, 50 miles on this one lane highway going 30 or less. It was rough all the way past Beaver. Anyways, I was about forty five minutes from my house, I'm not kidding, and I was like this.
I'd like I pulled over on the side of the road just to get like fresh air to make it home. I got home around three. It was a long, miserable drive. But guess what? I'm here early morning, back at it for you guys. You know why, Tyler? I had all these people come up to me in San Diego. Tons and tons of people telling me how much they love the pod, how much they love us, how much they appreciate it. And that's something that I told you that I will never ever Ever take for granted. Um, I love it when people say hi. I love it when people tell us how much they love the pod. I even had somebody tell me that he used to hate me. Wow. He hated me. And now as he's started to listen to other podcasts Those people exist, huh?
I guess. And he says as he's listened to other podcasts and realized all they do is glaze everybody and suck up to everybody, that I keep it real, we keep it honest, we actually have opinions on things. Maybe I do more than you, but that's okay. Uh and he's actually grown to love that.
I wonder if there's the opposite, if there are people who started liking us and then as time went on a hundred percent.
There's people that used to watch all the time and then yeah. So anyways, it was uh I love meeting fans of KOTC. I had these two ladies took a couple pictures with them. Had a guy walk by and he said, Real quick, real quick. That's my new tag. I think where's Jimmy and real quick are now synonymous. We might need to make some shirts to say real quick.
So we can get into this, but I was there very briefly. I was there for just one day. Yeah. And I was watching at the time my former team, and somebody said, Hey Tyler, like what are you doing here?
