Welcome to Hour 2 of Kentucky Sports Radio presented by Stockton Mortgage. Now, here's Matt Jones.
Welcome back. Kentucky Sports Radio. 859-280-2287. Hour number 2. All right. So, between two suggestions, I combined them. I have the name of my movie and the tagline. Oh, okay. We're ready to go. Are you like it? What is it? You got to tell me. Viral passion. Love is infectious. Perfect. So the name is Viral Passion. Okay. I like that. And the tagline is, Shannon, love is infectious.
Okay. I like it as a working title. Let me just make sure there's no other viral passion out there that already exists.

Chapter 2: What movie project are the hosts brainstorming about?
But Marsden's going to be the one with the virus. Yeah, he's the handsome one.
He's the handsome one.
Respectfully, Shannon, you're also handsome, but it might be Marsden better for that role.
We'll see. We'll both audition for it and see who's better.
I'll let you both read. Okay. All right. So we got to talk about this guy in Cherokee Park. All right. So if you haven't seen the thing, the Louisville Police Department posts a picture of a man that is in nothing but white, tidy, whitey boxer briefs walking through Cherokee Park with his head down.
and it says this man has been apparently hanging in the woods in Cherokee Park, coming out when he sees women running, and probably doing gross things, right? Yes. The picture, to me, is what makes the story. Like a perv in the woods, there's probably those in every county in Kentucky. But the picture, here's who I thought he looked like. I thought he looked like Elon Musk.
How can you tell? You can't even see his face.
Why do you say that? Just his body type.
A little dad bod.

Chapter 3: What bizarre incident occurred at Cherokee Park?
So that means he works outside or plays golf. Now, is that his leg, or what is that there?
If you look at it... What are you asking me?
Well, I mean, if you look, there's an optical illusion happening. If you look at it the wrong way, you could think that there's...
Oh, I see how. There is a little bit of an optical illusion. I hadn't really noticed that. I got to see what you're talking about. It looks like he was a man that at one point in his life was in shape. And he's still kind of in shape. I mean, he's not.
He's jogging.
I don't know how old he is because he's kind of bent down. Does he have an earring? Is that an earring I see? He's got muscles. He runs away, so he's got to be a little bit athletic. And he works outside because look at his farmer's tan.
Mm-hmm.
On the case.
I see what you're talking about, the optical illusion.

Chapter 4: How does the Louisville Police Department handle unusual cases?
He went to Wake Forest and now he's going ā yes. Did we try ā did we even try our hardest to get him? I don't know. Because these kids are going everywhere, you know, and ā Yeah, I don't know. I'm not sure. I don't think Kentucky has been ā was one of the leaders on him. But I appreciate the call. I'd always heard Michigan, and then all of a sudden Tennessee got him.
Tennessee's clearly spent a lot of money too. I mean, I guess Tennessee's like, we're never going to get good at football, so we might as well do this. I'm surprised Tennessee wasn't in your top four you were talking about that's already spent that money. They were, right? Didn't I say Tennessee, Florida ā Duke and Texas. Duke and Texas. And Louisville.
So I guess Tennessee was ā maybe Florida wasn't in there. Maybe it was Tennessee, Duke, Louisville, and Texas. Either way, we play them all. Yeah. So could it be ā have they done three straight Elite Eights? They're like, we're so close. After never getting to the Final Four, let's just try to get over the hump this year. Maybe that's why they've put so much money into it.
James Marsden holds the all-time record for actors for dying on screen more than any other ā
Well, we've got to kill him then.
First of all, who keeps that record? Does he die on screen in like every movie? He must, I guess. Because he's not that old if he holds the record.
Yeah.
I mean, he's in like Sonic the Hedgehog.
Did he die in Anchorman 2? I can't remember if he did or not.

Chapter 5: What are the latest updates on the Kentucky basketball team?
What a twist. Cherokee Parks has a lot of tattoos.
He's very tatted now.
Yeah, I think he's got a ton. Before we go to the phones, what about Dan Issel saying we always used to cheat? I saw that video clip. Wow. You didn't see Dan Issel did an interview where he was interviewed by someone. It was on that show where DeMarcus Cousins told everybody not to listen to me. Lou Will interviewed him. Lou Will. That's the Wings guy, right? Yeah.
Lou Will said, why is it Kentucky doing as well getting players? And Dan Issel said, because we can't cheat anymore. Yeah. With NIL, we can't cheat anymore like we used to. We all agreed we didn't say that out loud.
Come on, Dan. What happens in the family stays in the family.
I don't know Dan at all. I don't think I've ever met Dan. He was on the show one day. At the Legends. That's right. Okay, you're right. You're right. We did have him on then. You're right. I don't feel like we see him. Like, I don't see him a lot. Like, he doesn't come, feels like, to a lot of stuff.
Yeah.
He's arguably the first or second best player to ever play here. But it doesn't feel like we see him much. Were you okay? I mean, I'm sure he was kidding, but then he kind of didn't laugh.
I don't think he's kidding either.

Chapter 6: What are the implications of NIL on college basketball recruiting?
Could he recruit in the NIL era? I don't know, but Rick Barnes is doing it, and he's 73. So I think, and I appreciate the call, I think it's all about money. Now, with that said, I think it's still kind of silly for us to talk about Billy Donovan because Mark Pope is the coach, and we need him to succeed, and we want him to succeed. If we have a bad year, then you have that conversation.
But having that conversation all year, I really don't think does any good for anybody. And he's told us no so many times. Why are we even giving him that? That's true. There is a point. How many times can you ask a woman out and she tells you no? You start to become the Cherokee Park guy. It's going to be us later this season. We'll take a break. Be right back.
TJ Smith, personal injury attorney. Call TJ. He'll make them pay.
Now, more of Kentucky Sports Radio presented by Stockton Mortgage. Here's Matt Jones.
All right, I saw one of my favorite polls I've seen in a long time, Shannon. I wanted to bring it up to you. Okay. They polled U.S. adults, and they asked how many of them. What percentage of U.S. adults think they could beat Donald Trump in a fight?
What a poll. What a poll.
Yeah.
So first of all, before I give you the percentage, how many of you all think you could beat Donald Trump in a fight? He's 80 years old. I'm asking you a question. Can you beat him in a fight or not?
Yes.

Chapter 7: What humorous poll results about Donald Trump were discussed?
Everyone's going to watch that.
It's either child abuse or elder abuse. One of the two is going to happen there.
Let's just say it's sanctioned. Two sanctioned. Ten-year-old have all the energy running around the ring. Is there a weigh-in? They would talk trash. Put him on a chair so he could look each other in the eye. I mean, it would be entertainment. I don't think it would be something that should happen.
What are we doing? We're wasting our time on polls like this and this person's job. Because it was interesting.
You had an opinion. I love the fact we did it. Is there anyone associated with KSR that you think Trump could beat them up?
Billy.
Billy.

Chapter 8: What are the listeners' thoughts on the upcoming hockey game?
That's what they say. There you go. You could be a big part of your community. Patricia, go ahead, Patricia.
Hey, I was just, Matt, how are you doing, Matt?
I'm good, Patricia.
I just wonder if you just seen where Mark Pope's going to address Big Blue Nation tonight at 8.30. Oh, I didn't. Where at? I just saw it come on Facebook. Is this true?
Now, wait a minute now. I mean, you got Patricia sometimes Facebook may or may not be true.
Yeah, I just seen it. I didn't.
All right, well, we'll look it up. I'm going to say a good chance it's not even true.
Yeah, I mean, generally speaking, Patricia, just because it's on Facebook doesn't necessarily mean it's true.
Yeah, I just clicked it, and it shows on the YouTube site that it's 8.30 tonight.
